The stock of hobby supplies is adequate and it’s an okay place to stop and get a necessary item. If you have questions or value friendly service then it’s not the place. I will drive out of my way to visit another HobbyTown for this difference.

Great selection and friendly help, when my son purchased the part he thought was correct but was not it was returned and replaced without any issues at the store. They have a fantastic selection of parts and everything cool. Like a kid in a candy store! :) Thanks guys (and gals!)

Employees were helpful with the selection and kind. I took the arc home and to my surprise, the motor was wired wrong from the factory. I called and the person told me to bring it back and a tech could look it over, pretty typical response until they added, if it doesn’t take long they shouldn’t charge you….i informed them that I had literally just bought the rc an hour ago and they just repeated that. Luckily it was a quick fix but I can’t imagine a company would charge a customer to fix a faulty product. I also bought a spare battery that won’t charge so I don’t know if it’s even worth taking back at this point.
