I had a great experience in the Tabletop Gaming portion of the store. The employee (I think his name was Stephen?) was very polite and helpful. I was impressed by the selection as well as the scenery for tabletop games like Warhammer. It is a shame it's only opened limited hours, would be a great space to host tournaments and such.

05/05/24: Wow. Wow. This place has been here about 25 years and has grown into something great. Great Staff. Far Too Much to describe. A great place to meet friends or take children and utilize the board / game rooms to build different models and to get ideas. Shopping center has several eateries including a Quality, No Frills Mexican Restaurant that has been there I guess since the shopping center was built. This is a have to see for yourself place for buying all kinds of models.

Great store for all hobbies from trading cards to model trains. There something for all ages.

What's my first time frequenting in the store? And I must say it really wasn't bad. Lots of things in here from RC cars to airplanes that you can fly. Legos everything for everybody if you're into pokémon and magic there the cards and the card games that does happen here periodically. Nice little shop. So if you think you're interested or just curious come on down that's just might be the place for you

I was going to buy a rc car for my son here, I was taking it out of the rc car section to show my friend and the lady told me that I couldn't take it out without purchase. I said that's fine and left it there with her. When I came back she was holding the rc car and talking bad about me to I'm assuming someone that was her manager. I'm a long time supporter of hobbytown USA and this is very unprofessional. I will no longer come here and will be taking my business elsewhere. I also wanted to add that she talked bad about me even though I did nothing to her and wasn't disrespectful in anyway. Definitely wasn't what I was expecting Christmas shopping for my son and from one of my all time favorite stores.

I can't recommend HobbyTown enough. As a kid, it was the go-to shop for my dad and I to pick-up supplies for his hobbies or scout projects I was doing....

My RC truck has been twice because they did a shitty job the first time and I'll called them out on something they was supposed to have done the first time...

I have always come to this store and will continue to buy my rc toys here they always price good no ridiculous price gouging and the people here are always...
