Hinge Health

I wanted to opt out of the program before the next billing cycle but Hinge Health automatically bills your insurance for one year… almost $1000 without letting you know. Hinge Health refuses to refund ANY portion of the money regardless of how early in the year you want out of the Hinge Health program. This is an unethical practice that is costing insurance companies untold dollars! No wonder our insurance costs are skyrocketing with such fraudulent practices by companies billing practices such as Hinge Health. By not letting clients know prior to billing insurance for another year, Hinge Health retains the entire sum collected regardless of when the Clint no longer needs nor wants to continue use of Hinge Health’s services. What a racket!!!

Phone application and website was consistently failing and not letting me log in. The tech support kept just telling me to download the phone application because it does not work on a computer, even though I told them the phone application was not working either. I was not feeling very good that this would be a quality program which only is allowed to be used on the phone having this bad IT issues. I then tried to opt-out a couple of times. (2-Stars because the last person I talked with was extremely nice/considerate, and deserve the extra star). To clarify, I never even started the program, so this review does not take any of that into consideration.

Hinge Health is a scam. Would give 0 stars if possible. Be wary of spam and be careful with your personal data.
