Waiting for refund. Very slow service. You guys need to update your process. Hoping for a positive response. Not recommended at all if you’re looking for a prompt service.

I placed an order for Burberry sunglasses with Himalaya Optical and paid the full amount in advance. The glasses are out of stock, and the delivery time they provided was 3 to 4 weeks, which is not acceptable to me. Therefore, I requested a refund. Despite following up persistently for over two weeks, I have not received any positive response. I am still waiting for my refund.

They have a classic collection of glasses n frames.the staff is also supportive and polite.

My brother-in-law purchased shades from your store, first of all you didn’t provide the correct information about the product while selling. And once a refund is issues you guys are not giving any proper update about the same. Very poor service, no promptness at all when it comes to serving client/customer requirement. Not recommended at all.
