The tower is located in near SEEPZ gate no. 3 and is well connected to all places across mumbai. It is right on JVLR connecting Vikhroli and Jogeshwari.

Building is near to the SEEPZ industrial zone, with sufficient parking. Walkable distance to bus stops. Access road is through service road.

No problem with the location right next to Seepz metro station overlooking Aarey Forest on two sides. Expansive view and pretty good construction quality.

Hillcrest Society Opp SEEPZ Gate no 3 Andheri East Off Jvlr. Pls don't buy or rent out a house here as it's a very shabby society and clueless dumb security I have been staying here on rent since last 3 years. And society management of C wing specifically is all down to shambles. No water thrice in last 10 days which is the basic necessities for living in your house and answer given by security is that BMC water is not come but it's there for A and B wing And the landlords in this society expect 60k or 65k for the smallest 2 bhk.

We visited the hillcrest farmers market and then walked to Balboa park! The farmers market wasn’t as large as the little Italy one but lots of the same vendors! Other than the farmers market we didn’t stop by any other areas although it was nice to walk through on our way to Balboa park (about 15 minutes away on foot)!

Very colorful rainbow area of San Diego but everyone is welcome everywhere. Nicest friendly people live here. There's many good restaurants and bars and thrift shops. On Sunday is the big Farmers Market. Always lots of action on the sidewalks as it is a place to strut your stuff and fashion and be seen by some but all in a good fun way. There's a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods and buses that go downtown or to Balboa Park. Very eclectic neighborhood.

Hillcrest is alive with stores, cafes, coffee shops, bars and people, both day and night. The street can be filled with traffic, especially at night, but the vibe is laid back yet vibrant at all times.

The restaurants are plentiful. Active Night life, many bars and cafes. Very popular with college students. Pretty safe community. We walked back and forth to restaurants in evening hours, no problem.

The Hillcrest area in San Diego is a fun place to walk and people watch for an afternoon. This area is loaded with outdoor restaurants and cafes. Enough for anyone's taste. Lots of quaint, eclectic shops. We went around Halloween and the vintage clothing shops were a blast. Fun place to visit.
