It's a great retail and office space! Tons of natural light. Great location, close to Oakland and Berkeley. Lots of great food options in the area.

This is an annual sale and it's fabulous. Lots of people to help with things like math and to keep everything organized. I wish that they still had their factory store

Tiny but fun little factory store. They have some older product (stamps, ink, dies, embellishments, card bases and paper ) for great prices up to 50% off retail. Inventory clearly changes seasonally but the full current catalog is available for purchase at full price. They even have a make and take area where you can try different techniques. Friendly staff open only Monday & Wednesday 10-3.

The Hero Arts factory store is only opened on Wednesday's but it is such a fun place to explore.
