Room and bathroom was clean. NYC rooms are not spacious but this one was really good size. Didn’t hear noises or funny smells from adyacente rooms either. Really great location. Front desk help was helpful all the time. I would recommend the Heritage Hotel for a nice stay.

Stayed two nights here sightseeing and catching some Broadway shows. Had a very quiet and comfortable stay. Easy walking up to Broadway and back down to 25th Ave @ 6th Ave Very friendly and informative front desk staff made our stay relaxing.

I was very impressed with our stay at the Heritage Hotel. Yes the rooms are small, but perfectly adequate - who wants to stay in their hotel room when New York offers so much to see and do? The beds were very comfortable, there was a fridge and safe In the room, and there was a large dining area downstairs to use The Heritage is very central and very close to transport links to take you to anywhere you want to go. The staff were friendly and very helpful and I'd definitely choose to stay here again

We had a lovely stay at the heritage hotel, easy and friendly check in. Clean room with a large comfy bed and nice pillows. Housekeeping needs to be requested but can ask reception for clean towels if needed. We had a view of the Empire state building from our window, it is only a 10 minute walk to see and the hop on and off big bus picks up from empire state which is a handy way to see the new york sights. It is about a 25 minute walk to Times square or between 15 - 30 dollars in a taxi/uber depending how busy it is. Only a 10 minute walk to maddison square garden, we walked this way to get to times square, making it a lovely walk. This Hotel is great value for money for a short break in New York.

I had the most frustrating travel experience of my life with Heritage Hotel. While I made the mistake of booking a non refundable room, they gave me the runaround for weeks insinuating that I could get a refund or voucher through Expedia which they then just denied and could have told me. But they wasted my time and kept my $3k even though I work for a nonprofit. DO NOT BOOK here. Awful. Still haven’t gotten a call back from the manager.
