Worst experience ever , the technician who is supposed to collect samples wants to do it as per his timings irrespective of the slot & when you protest he keeps you waiting for an hour & half. Is this the way you service patients.They just don’t care if you have fasted for 12 hours & sugar readings will go for a toss. Horrifying experience. Will never ever recommend Healthians to anyone. This is the third bitter experience with them. They are only interested in taking the money , not even sure of the quality of tests done so far with them. Not even worth the 1 star which I have to add to post this review

Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid This Pathology Lab I cannot recommend this pathology lab even with a single star. Their service is severely lacking in multiple areas: Lack of Communication: They never provide updates on report statuses, leaving patients in the dark about their important medical information. Although they will followup with you consistently for new booking. Negligence in Reporting: Some reports are inexplicably skipped, and there is no proactive effort to inform patients about these omissions. Unacceptable Turnaround Time: The turnaround time sometimes exceeds 24 hours, causing unnecessary delays and anxiety. Poor Customer Service: There is a noticeable absence of responsiveness and support when issues arise. They are available only from 6AM till 10PM and if you need some information except this time, they would be unreachable. Be very cautious when considering booking their services. The unreliable and inefficient service can significantly impact your healthcare experience.

Booked 2 tests, but had to cancel them urgently an hour before they were due. I informed their person about this, bloke started giving passive-aggressive replies with foul words. Had to show them their place. NOT RECOMMENDED.

We booked the test for my wife. The sample was collected in time and we were informed that we I'll receive the report within 24 hours. They sent a partial report and failed to send a critical test report which was being awaited anxiously. The customer support is unavailable. When you call the number, you are put indefinitely on hold, the WhatsApp support is a joke, and when you mail customer service they send a link to a page to submit a complaint where there is no means to send a complaint. Absolutely garbage support and would not trust them again. As a doctor, I would never want my patients to experience anything like this. I will ask my patients to avoid Healthians for sure. Update Edit: We received the report 3 days later after we were forced to visit their Mumbai Central lab considering we had no other choice. While we were glad to finally receive the report, it was a painful experience nonetheless and they really need to work on their communication channels and customer support.

Worst service ever. Extremely unprofessional. I booked a full checkup for myself and my husband. We were told for a 12 hrs fasting. I called the concerned collector she said she will be late , I asked her time so she is saying I am not certain. I waited for more than half an hour and she was unreachable. I told her we are fasting so you need to tell me a definite time, she tells me everyone is fasting so what ? Healthians customer service is unavailable at all times . They chased me when I did the inquiry and made me book , and after that they are not reachable when I am facing troubles. Pathetic service, especially in the area if healthcare. This is so irresponsible and unethical. I am never recommending this to anyone. Worst.
