Plenty of things in this store to keep you engaged. Their fresh fruit is sometimes priced much better than the local supermarkets. The variety of items from local producers to hard to find items makes this county store worth visiting. Each time I visit, the employees have been very kind, helpful and welcoming. Have gone on the H&D Tour twice and that's another must-do. Nice look into the inner workings of what makes H&D special.

This used to be such a great company with very intelligent people working there. For 10 years I used them to send gifts to all of my clients but for the last three years I have been unable to deal with them. All of their phone representatives are in India and they do not understand you and you do not understand them. They could not even re-order the same order as the previous year. How is that even possible?!

Quality and variety of unique food gifts is always the hallmark of Harry & David. This store provides most of what the catalog offers for immediate pickup, but don't expect discounted prices. Would love to have taken the factory tour (the bus was waiting when we arrived). Perhaps next time!

Currently having a really horrible experience—I’m on a trip and am missing Thanksgiving with my family this year, so 4 weeks before Thanksgiving and 2 weeks before I left, I ordered a gift basket to be delivered to my family. While on my vacation I’ve received numerous error emails about my order, and have had to call the customer service 3 times. I keep being told that there’s no problem, everything is fixed, and then I keep getting error emails and having to call again and start from scratch. Currently 25 mins into my 3rd phone call on my vacation with no progress and ready to throw my cell phone into the abyss. Will absolutely never be ordering from them again. *UPDATE* After 45 mins on this call and being told everything was fine now and I didn’t need to take any action, I received 11 duplicate emails (one about every 4 minutes) and then a voicemail when I woke up saying my payment could not be processed. Just cancelling the order because I am furious

I used to order Harry & David all the time as gifts. I recently ordered pears. They used to be BIG and ripe and delicious when you got them. They are about half the size now and were hard as a rock. I have let them ripen and the ones I had were decent but what happened? I mean they used to come perfect and drip with juices right out of the box. This is not the quality I expected for the money. I emailed but no reply.
