First time going here, and I see why everyone loves it! It has everything and more. The store layout makes sense and the staff was incredibly helpful and willing to assist me in finding things. I went in the evening, an hour before close and it wasn't crowded at all. I will definitely be going here on a regular for my grocery needs! Also, I'm not sure why they have phhsical coupons that you have to grab, that should be digital only.

Love this local HEB store which keeps the wide range of products and specially locally produce. The store is clean and has ample parking outside. The employees are courteous and always maintain good hygiene. The bbq is awesome here and there are plenty options for Texas valued products. The price is always compatible against the other grocery chain stores. The produce is fresh and well packaged.

I wish there was an HEB closer to where I lived. If you have a chance, check out their barbecue. You can't beat a $6 chopped beef sandwich and it was really good. If I lived in that area I would go there all the time

I'm not a local, but I gotta say, I was really impressed with the store and the BBQ restaurant. I didn't go in with any expectations, and was overly happy with the quality, selection and service. I wish they had an HEB in the PNW where I'm from. The BBQ was delicious, especially the greens. Probably one of the best tasting greens I've ever had. Well worth the price. Thank you!

As a proud Frisco resident, I have always valued the sense of community and mutual respect this area represents. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the local HEB was anything but reflective of these values. During what should have been a routine grocery trip with my family, we were subjected to an incredibly embarrassing and disheartening incident that left us feeling profiled and unwelcome. After spending nearly $200 of our hard-earned money on groceries, we approached the exit only to have our shopping cart wheels automatically lock. This caused an unnecessary and humiliating scene, as loss prevention personnel had to come out and manually unlock the mechanism. This experience left us feeling degraded and singled out in a way that no paying customer should ever endure. The implication that my family and I posed some kind of risk was not only distasteful but also deeply disappointing. We work hard to support businesses in our community, but it’s clear that the trust and respect we offer are not reciprocated. I can assure you that this will be the last time I bring my hard-earned dollars to this establishment. Respect, dignity, and fair treatment are non-negotiable, and I sincerely hope HEB takes this feedback to heart to ensure no other family has to endure such an unpleasant experience.

Terribly managed store. Curbside always messes up our order, we're always missing things. They don't train their employees properly, if at all.

HEB used to be the first store where to buy fresh meat but not any more. In the last several months their chicken breast meat tastes just like bleach!....
