Firstly, I purchased my order online. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this brand at all. It was my first time ordering and i thought this would nice experience. And my whole order is wrong with wrong sizes and colours as well as items missing. I’ve tried to process it via the online chat and to request a refund, but you talking to something automated, that cannot really help you. If these items cannot be delivered and this cannot be rectified please . I would like a full refund, you cannot talk to anyone human. And, they are taking large amounts of money, to completely ignore you causing nothing but stress, i would really appreciate if a member of the team could contact me to sort this and at the very least give me my money back. As I have received as stated above I’ve got nothing of what I asked for and less items than what I originally purchased from the website. False advertisement. And, the Customer service is non-existent.

Had such a wonderful experience! Victoria was not only lovely to talk to but also so incredibly helpful with everything we needed. Give this woman a raise!! If you’re going to go ask for her she is amazing and made the whole experience.
