Don’t understand why GS have many staff at fitting room and when customer asked for another size, the staff told me will takes time and I have to check on the GF the place that I take the sport bra. Too bad some collection have no match set like on the website

Crowded but it’s the only gymshark store in the world. Staff is helpful and nice. Remember that coupons that all the gymshark influencers sponsor, works here as well. Nice fact to know. Cool that it has a gym, but its only opened as a group workout with prebooking only. And a joe and the juice.

Amazing service from staff, they were super helpful and friendly with the smiles on their face 😊. Place is over all on a different level compared to other stores. Attention to detail and the whole design is just absolutely stunning 🤩 Cant wait for more stores like this around the world 💪🏽

Cool concept with a gym and a caffè inside, however the staff was incredibly unhelpful with any questions we had. Seems like a great brand with quality sports clothes and all, but the store it self could have more helpful staff specially in the changing room area. I was feeling I was annoying/disturbing them just by wanting to try some clothes. Also, super cool security guard!
