I am giving 2.5 stars for my experience at this company. Stars added: ⭐ I learned modern coding styles here, which helped me grow. ⭐(Half Star) The owner's nature is good. ⭐ The work culture was good at before time. Stars deducted: ❌ The work culture is not as good now as it used to be. ❌ The company doesn’t have enough work. My project was in the testing phase, and while I was eager to learn new things within the same technology, they didn’t encourage us to explore further. ❌(Half Star) The company owner is good but as I said company is not supportive to learning in new things The old employees were great, but as the company now lacks big projects, the work culture has slightly declined.
