A premium store inside the Jio World Plaza

Was in JWP 4 days ago looking to check out a crossbody for my sister s birthday gift … had planned to check out many stores - LV,Gucci,Bulgari to name a few .. I must say I am extremely happy with the decision to visit Gucci as my first store .. let me tell you, they have set the bar extremely high now for me as regards customer care and simply being so polite and so attentive- inspite if being so busy ! I entered the store in the afternoon and was immediately greeted so warmly and directed to a sales associate .. his name was Ishan and so courteous,so kind .. immediately understood a man’s conundrum of shopping for a lady ! 😀Amazing ..your store is beautiful and the bags and the shoes and the clothes are beautifully arranged … true luxury expected from a super luxury brand. The colours and the display - what a fantastic job done ! I know exactly what options are available and I will be back in April(her s birthday s in April) Keep it up,Gucci - well done to your staff

There was this rude arrogant lady non smiling lady at the entrance who was lazy to write down numbers of guests who wanted to enter the store and just took numbers and promised will call in 15 to 20 mins but recieved no call as was in the mall for 2 hours and visited all other better brands as LV , Dior and Cartier who also had the same protocol Suggest you to remove such people and keep a black guy instead who can smile and welcome Indian guests

The place is very grand and luxurious. It feels and looks like a 7star hotel.
