I want to make sure that most of the recent reviews in Google and Glassdoor are fake. A month when I checked ratings was very low i.e., 3.3 later increased to 4.1. This shows these people are making their employees to post fake reviews to increase their rating. Coming to my experience the only good thing is working from home and people are falling for this opportunity. Apart from this initially recruiter(from JA solutions) scheduled the interview for SE role and for the Technologies that I am familiar with. I have cleared the interview process and received offer letter. Then i got realised later, I was asked to work for different technologies which are already depreciated. Technology is not a problem but they are just trapping people with their lies and making us join the company. By seeing this when I rejected the offer, then they are telling me to attend one more discussion where there is a requirement for my skill sets. But I am worried initially they have interviewed for the same thing but again why do they want to have the discussion after releasing the offer letter. After the discussion they didn't give any update. It's really a waste of time attending the interviews in this company and recruiters are just searching for employees to complete their targets.

They give you the offer and after that they revoke the offer due to loss in business. kind of start up in India
