Here to pick up trailer and Standing at the window for 5-7 mins and 3 of these employees constantly looking at their cellphones and not even trying to make eye contact. One of them looked at me for few times but don’t want to stand up and ask if i need any assistance. This shows how unprofessional workers we hire in canada and it’s totally opposite in US. Very shameful GFS

Great for home and store front businesses. Make an account with them. Once set up you can see there webpage with hundreds of food items. You’ll also get a representative to help you with your ordering. I mostly buy my strawberries from them. Majority of the items comes in cases. You can have them delivered to you or picked up. I just pick it up , it’s so much easier. The only downside is they only take debit. No credit cards or cash.

The employees regularly block driving lanes for up to 1 hour and trap customers in parking spaces. They block business entrances. They make short-cuts through emergency use only fire doors and let in pests and cold weather. These are extremely unprofessional employees.

I didn’t see bad receiving department like them before they took 4 hours to unload and after unloading whole trailer waited for POD it was horrible experience

If Kitchen staff went on a ride along visiting 30+ kitchen staff locations a day they would understand why drivers talk the way they do. They aren't trying to be rude but everyone wants to complain. Truck driving isn't easy, and unloading and confirming orders all day makes it even harder. MUCH respect for GFS and Sysco for actually protecting their employees so that people don't walk all over them.. Great companies.
