we went today to have our dinner.. We ordered continental cuisine at first we had mocktails blue Lagoon then chicken creamy soup with fish finger and mayonnaise.. Then a big platter of herb rice,fried fish and chicken in barbeque sauce and last we have 2 scoops of vanilla icecream.. The overall experience is nice and satisfying..

Me, my mom and my dad a family of 3 stayed here for 2 days and we absolutely loved it! The place was really clean and well maintained. The service was phenomenal and assisted us very swiftly. The view on the 6th floor was really good too. The place is also right next to City Centre mall so we were well connected. Breakfast was very good too. Highly recommend this place. Special shoutout to everyone especially Faiyaz and Suprobhat.

HONEST AND DETAILED REVIEW I stayed there for 4 days so I’ll share and honest and detailed review. Rooms- for the price rooms were good ,nothing too extra or luxurious but just fine for travel the bathroom was also nice , working shower hot water was available too Service- the staff in general was really sweet and helpful but the manager was horrible he was so rude and so unprofessional Room service and food - the food quality was amazing and each time room service didn’t take more than 30-40 min. The breakfast buffet was decent , not a lot of options tho. BIG PROBLEMS I FACED BECAUSE OF WHICH I WONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL - I live in Delhi and had an early morning flight to Kolkata. Called many many times on the no on internet but nobody answered. Finally somebody answered after I reached Kolkata on my way to hotel , I request an early check in they said ok but when I reached there at 10:30am the manager won’t let me check in until 1pm 🙄🙄 I was even willing to pay extra so he tells me I would need to pay an entire nights charge to check in extra - for checking in 2 hours before !!!? And when I told him that the person on the phone said yes I could check in early he said sorry there are no rooms free at the time so I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hrs btw where no acs were working when I finally went up there I saw like 5 empty rooms with sticker saying ready to check in 🙄 - there is absolutely no provision of spare key so if you are sharing the room with someone And need to get in you have to show your id and get the staff to use the master card EVERY FREAKING TIME - every time you ordered room service it needs to be paid right away no matter what they’re really ass about it I asked if I could sign for it and pay at the end of day or at check out ? NOPE pay it right away - bought sweets for my family kept them in the fridge of the room but i knew the electricity would cut off if I took the card with me when I went sightseeing so I called the reception and ask them to keep the power on of the fridge they said ok but guess what I came back after 8 hrs and almost 6kgs worth of sweets RUINED as they cut off the electricity 👽

Really comfortable stay. Friendly and cooperative staff. Delicious food. Everything is perfect. Most recommended.
