A very genuine review , working with this company proves no growth .Food and everything else is secondary , they provide a lot of facilities but a very low salary. For a student not from Delhi NCR , it will be really difficult to manage with such a low salary and knowing the company has no growing oppurtunities.

Don't join Globallogic if you're a developer Hi Everyone, Whoever is planning to join Globalogic Gurgaon for adobe process. Hold on before joining and think twice. Why? - You'll have to submit your phone before entering the place from where you work(while joining or interviewing they will not clear it). - No work from home(if you'll work from home salary cut like if you're working in night then night allowance will be blocked). - When this project started last year all the senior designation like leads managers and director was from different org but then this Senior manager Gaurav Mehra have joined and slowly slowly he removed all the leads who was not associated from Wipro or teleperformace. - currently only 3-4 positions employees are there who are beyond the band 1 and are not from Wipro or teleperformance. - And all these leads are under cap so in few days they will get removed to and replaced with any Wipro or teleperformance employee. - This is a tech project support but you'll get feel like a BPO or voice process. - For any thing if you go and say why is this rule they will say this is how we used to do in Wipro. I want to request from anyone who is GL if you have authority raise the request to upper manager and question the hiring manager or HR how can it possible that all the employees apart from associate lever are from same pastor and also they all are teammates. This is creating monopoly and mass resign is happening in different teams like AEM.

Good company. Hires a lot of people in 0-2 yrs experience range. Good customers. Go to glassdoor for more relevant reviews.

Politics and favoritism is at extreme. Managers feel happy spoiling their team members life. Really a mess. Specifically Adobe process
