If I could give them worse than 1 star review I would. Absolutely awful, they had my large anterior case for 45 days and one person after another dropped the ball. They can not even do basic designs like getting the two canines on each side the same length. After 45 days in lab, they literally LIED and told me my case was finally shipped and I should have it the next day. Then at 3:30 in the afternoon they told me they made a mistake and they have to refabricate the entire case. Diana in the crown and bridge department is so rude to me and my staff and even yelled at my office manager when she asked for a tracking number. She was supposed to be in charge of my case who kept on dropping the ball as well as their design department. Just do yourself and your practice a favor just stay away from this lab. Literally if you buy your crowns on amazon.com would be better. No wonder their reviews are so awful, I should have looked first.

We have used this lab over the last 10 years. Over the years quality of product and communication have gone down. We use them for Dentures, Partials and Night Guards. Night Guards are still the same quality, but Dentures and Partials are horrible. Communication is the worst. Due dates are not being met even though we follow their schedule of how many days in lab are needed. They do not call to notify us of cases being delayed. I'm certain that there is no quality check on products before being sent out. We received a digital denture (which we did not request, it was supposed to be a traditional denture) with sharp serrated teeth (see attached pictures). Partials not fitting even on the model sent with the case. After two weeks of waiting on a case with no communication and the promise of "someone will call you today in regards to shipment and status of case" and no phone calls I will be finding a new lab. Save yourself the trouble and use a different lab.

I’m an office manager and we REPEATEDLY had implant crowns and other various cases not fit/seat because they out source to multiple labs and they don’t communicate what manufacturer you use. We lost thousands in production and they wanted to send to collections when we wouldn’t pay for cases that don’t work or fit. Avoid at all costs. Just pay your local lab bc their fees are about the same.

Something has happened to this lab. I have used them for years and over the course of the past several months: ~the quality has decreased. ~the seat times have increased. ~multiple units NEVER seat without major adjustments. ~the idea of matching the anatomy of the contralateral tooth on anterior units is a foreign concept. DO NOT USE THIS LAB if you value chair time, quality, or esthetics!

As this lab has grown in size tremendously over the years, their customer service has sadly taken a dive. I have sent numerous emails to numerous individuals regarding various cases, the majority of which never elicit a response. Am now resorting to the U.S. Mail- let's see if this "technology" is more successful.
