Gerry's grill customer reviews

All the food that we ordered tastes good. And the service was great as well. They’re all mindful of what we need from time to time. We’ll definitely come back again & recommend this branch to our family and friends.

Went here for lunch with the family right after attending the Sunday mass. I wasn't able to get pictures of our food but they were all delightful. I personally do not frequent Gerry's but this place is great. The staff was awesome. And thank you to kuya Armand for helping out with expediting our additional orders.

One of our go-to restos for Filipino food 😋 This branch has great customer service. The crew is friendly and approachable. Really attended to our needs 🙌 We loved the grilled Pampano fish 🐟 and of course, the Sisig! The place is quite humid, though. Would prefer the place to be colder. It was dinner time and the place was full and noisy (but that is just normal for a Filipino resto 😊)

We love the vibe, service, t time and quantity, and of course the food itself. We would sure comeback as we love everything up until the melon dessert. Highly recommended for family and couple to have a good taste of Filipino cuisine.

We placed several orders that were to die for filipino cuisine. We have Garlic rice, Kare Karen lechon kawali, bangus sisig, chop suey, and calamari. Their servers were very fast and efficient. Great service in all. We arrived right around 6:30 pm before the dinner rush or night crowd on a Friday. They have a band playing at 8 pm on Friday and Saturday. Lively ambiance and good vibe crowd. I would highly recommend for a family dinner.

First time and the last. Initial impression was not good, starting from being told, not requested nicely, to log in, in the wait list monitor. As most are used to standing by and wait patiently to be seated, my friends did not notice the monitor for the waitlist as required to be seated. Body language, tone of voice, and facial expression was noticeable that the staff was not in the best of mood, when we were told to register to be seated. When we were seated and was asked if we're ready to order a few minutes after, we responded that we're waiting for the menu. "You have to scan the QR code. We don't have paper menus. Didn't the sitter tell you that?" was the answer we received from the server. Wow. Again, the voice tone, face and body expression, condescending attitude, were not well taken as it gives a very negative impression of the restaurant and we felt demeaned. I wanted to walk out if not for my company of friends. Half of the appetite was lost, to say the least. Food order was given and taken, and while waiting, I decided to voice my concern. He apologized (sorry but did not feel the sincerity of it) and stated that they are short staff and extremely busy. I mentioned that in the hospitality/restaurant business, we cannot take it out or have a bad attitude toward the customers if the staffing is inadequate and the place gets busy. His demeanor changed after, and I appreciated him for it. I think it would be good that menus could also be presented in the old style of being in print. Even high-end restaurants still provide the customers a well-presented nicely printed menu. For those who are not computer savvy, like most senior citizens, it's a big help to be able to hold that menu and read what is being offered with gusto. Food we ordered was so so. Passable but not extraordinary. Halo halo is very simple. Not too many ingredients. Mostly mongo beans. And with the cost of the lunch, I would say it is on the expensive side. And it doesn't match the service provided.

We were taken here by family friends who are locals. All the dishes were so delicious - hard to pick a favourite, but the grilled squid was amazing!

Ordered bangus sisig, far from picture they advertise. Its like fried bangus that was chopped then threw in skillet and serve. It not the shredded bangus meat. Fail!!

The host named Robi was being really racist towards us he told us (a Hispanic family) there was no space left in the restaurant and proceeded to tell us to leave the restaurant and then served an Asian family as soon as we were leaving we went back to complain and they said that they weren’t gonna serve us this restaurant is a joke
