Gators Dockside

The seating was fast, and our server Mya was great. The alcohol drinks weren't that strong (if you like it like that) I don't. The food was good and the bill wasn't that high for 6 people.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the BEST time at Gator's Dockside in Oakleaf for our school Spirit Night Fundraiser! Sue, the incredible manager, went above and beyond to take care of our large group, and her efforts made the night absolutely seamless. Our server was so sweet and accommodating, ensuring everyone felt welcome and had everything they needed. The feedback I've received has been overwhelmingly positive—everyone had such a great time! The atmosphere was lively, the food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. Sue, you are an absolute rockstar! Thank you for working so hard to make this event a success for our school. We can't wait to come back and do it again. Highly recommend Gator's Dockside for any group event or fundraiser!

Stopped in for a quick bite, forgetting it was game day. It was fairly busy inside, but not packed or over crowded. I expected a significant dealy in food order and was surprised as to how guick it came out. I sat at the inside bar, I was served immediatley. Most everyone inside appeared to be with a group enjoying the game. There is an outside bar as well connected to the inside bar. All in all, good experience.

This gators location is amazing! It’s exactly what I was looking for out in the Oakleaf area and the service staff makes the experience extremely hospitable. I decided to come by on the Music Bingo night that Trivia Nation put on and it was a great time! I was able to take advantage of the drink specials there at the bar and Got to listen to the fun music that the host was playing. The service was awesome and everything I ordered came out very quickly. Definitely would recommend!

My first visit here. It was very busy but we were seated right away. The place is really nice. Great , fun atmosphere. The servers were very friendly. The menu has a lot of choices and I want to try them all. I ordered the nachos and a Philly. Both were excellent. The nachos had house made chili. The food came out quickly. The only complaint and it's very minor. It took 18 mins to get the bill paid to leave. I will be back . You should definitely try it.

I have been here 7 years ago and just came back when I was in town for the week. It's your typical local sports bar. Food is good and the staff is friendly....

The food here is horrible. Tiny meatless wings and dog food sandwiches. Asian bartendar dies not know how to make any cocktails and her hair is falling out and falling everywhere. Manager who I was told us Chris has no purpose here.

I would like to express my disappointment with the recent dining experience I had at this establishment. My partner and I, both of whom have dietary preferences, ordered a straightforward selection of Tater tots and buffalo cauliflower, taking into consideration my partner's vegetarian requirements. To our dismay, as we began enjoying the cauliflower dish, we discovered the presence of chicken pieces interspersed throughout our meal. It appeared as though the cauliflower had been unintentionally seasoned with both small and larger chicken pieces, which was a grave oversight and a cause for concern. Subsequently, I made a return visit to the restaurant to address this issue with the manager in the hope of obtaining a partial refund or some form of resolution. Regrettably, the manager's response was quite discourteous. He initially dismissed our concerns, insisting that it was just cauliflower. It was only after I retrieved a substantial piece of chicken from our dish, thereby highlighting the inadvertent inclusion of meat, that he began to acknowledge the issue. This negligence was particularly concerning as it put my partner's vegetarian dietary choices at risk. The manager's proposed solution to our predicament was equally unsatisfactory. He provided me with a set of 30 coupon cards, suggesting a total value of $40. However, upon closer examination, I discovered that each card was only worth $5, and their usage was limited to two cards per visit. This offer fell far short of addressing our concerns and further underscored the disappointing nature of our experience. It is worth noting that the hostesses exhibited kindness and professionalism throughout our visit, which contrasted sharply with the manager's lack of concern and unhelpful attitude. As a result of this distressing experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend returning to this establishment. I would caution potential patrons who adhere to a non-meat diet to be particularly vigilant when dining here to avoid any unintended dietary discrepancies.

We came to gators expecting a fun place, all I got was a crushed soul. This is bar food at best. Plan to dine in? Plan to bring a barf bag.

Nice little town. Gator bites were great as was the Mahi Mahi blackened sandwich. Service is fast and friendly.

This is the second time in two months that we tried coming here to support a once favorite local restaurant. We ordered food to go because we’re still not comfortable with being out during the Covid crisis. The bar was shoulder to shoulder so we sat outside while waiting for our food. They had the outside bar seating closed, which I thought odd. The food order was wrong. Again. I asked for extra blue cheese and we got absolutely no condiments. The chicken was grilled, no sauce & dry. The coleslaw tasted sour. I am afraid that our once favorite has become our never again.
