From You Flowers

Since my Dad passed away, my brother and I took over sending our mom flowers for Valentine's Day (so very sentimental and important to get a nice arrangement). I ordered from here for the first time and the flowers are absolutely beautiful and arrived on time. Her fave flower is the sunflower and the arrangement had beautiful, large healthy sunflowers. All the flowers in the arrangement were beautiful as well, our mom is SO happy. Will order from again

Oh gosh where do I start? Horrible service. My husband ordered flowers for me and they were in horrible condition. 9 out of the 12 roses were black on top. The chocolate that came with it was wet. Didn’t have an expiration date so I don’t even know if it’s good to consume. Submitted a request for compensation and they said they would refund 30% of the cost of merchandise. The merchandise is $59.99. 30% of it is $18. I’m not sure what math they were doing but they wanted to refund $13.04. Am I missing something? Called their customer service and let them know I was very unhappy and they said they were giving a full refund and I will get the email for it. Never got it. Called back and lady said they emailed it. Never got it. Then she said they were having technical problems. Got an email 2 hours later, same thing. $13.04. Thank god I had a chat with them for them to say they were doing full refund. Now I can dispute with my bank.

Whichever local flower shops contract with From You Flowers have always created fresh and beautiful arrangements when I’ve ordered as gifts. The catch, you need to remember, why I’m giving 4 stars, is that despite the $15-$16.00 discount that drew you in, delivery costs $16 and there are taxes and fees. After those are added in, you’ll end up paying as much as you would for a lovely arrangement of fresh flowers anywhere else only that you had the opportunity to choose from a larger assortment of arrangements and plants than at your neighborhood flower shop. Changing the water of the flowers, daily, lengthens how long they last and trimming on an angle 1-2” inches off the stems might help. 5 Photos of different arrangements.

I’ll be honest, at first I brought flowers from this site without looking at the reviews. When I saw the reviews I was getting stressed out and thinking I would never get my order. I repetitively kept calling them making sure that it will be delivered on time, however it was still a day late. After that I lost faith and expected it not to come lol. It came the next day and I felt a little better but I ordered a premium version and this did not look premium to me. I am kind of disappointed that it didn’t look the same as the premium in the picture on the website. Overall it still looked beautiful but the money I spent didn’t match the result. Btw this was delivered to my girlfriend in Fort Wayne and they used the florist called “Cottage Flowers”. It’s better to go to a local florist but if you want to take the risk it will mostly be a day late if living in Fort Wayne. Here is an update: They reached back to me and gave me a refund of $27.82 which I really appreciate.

I wanted to share my disappointment with the Premium Bouquet received, which didn't meet my expectations. The delivered flowers lacked the premium look I was expecting. I think it would be great if they could re-deliver the arrangement or provide a refund if that's not possible. The bouquet received had only 3 different flowers plus filler greens, whereas the website described 6 different flowers plus greens. I'm hoping you can make it right.
