We had a bad experience there although the staff were so nice and tried to help , regardless of the service delays ( honestly the staff were nice and apologized for it) the food wasn’t as we expected and as it is in the other big boy restaurants and the drink so bad we couldn’t even drink it and we told them we will not pay for it as the drink was untouched because of its bad taste. We love big boy and go to it frequently but this branch needs more attention especially the buffet area. The only thing that was good is the people who works there .

For being such a famous restaurant I would have expected more. The bathrooms weren’t too clean and the buffet bar did not look unappealing to say the least. The just waitress just sat down at our table and the food wasn’t good. It was nice to see the bustling activity of 94 year old though. A part of my party said that the woman’s bathroom is completely disgusting and the doors didn’t lock. The coffee was the worst I’ve ever tasted. The whole building smelled like cigarettes! I don’t think it was worth the stop.

We sat to order for quite some time! Could hear them easily on inside but no response! So went to window! No smiles& order was out after a short bit ( as there was a car already awaiting)! When I got home about 5 minutes after! My Frisch's Big boy was not fully dressed nor was it nice& warm neither was the fries! Yet it was edible! I guess short on help& dining room must have been full!

This is the first time I have been to Frisches in 14 years. This has always been a good memory for me. We stopped at this location and it did not disappoint. Food was fresh and server was quick and friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone needing their fix of Big Boy!

For what was spent for a burger, fries and a coke, McDonald's would of been better. We walked in, lack of service, felt rushed after ordering, only given 1 napkin, wrong food, food missing items like I ordered 2 of the same sandwich and one got 1 in piece of bacon and the other got 2. The food was sloppy and cold. Like it was someones leftovers. The hot fudge cake was sloppily made ect..... I would not recommend this place. Call it low staffed, but everyone is and they have people who care just a little more. I felt robbed.

My sister who lives in Cincinnati said this was a good place to go. My sister who lives in Cincinnati was wrong. We ordered online two chicken sandwiches, two fries and two beverages online and picked up our order about twenty minutes later. The text confirmation of our order said it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. Everything from the paper bag to the fries seemed a little soggy having sat inside a sealed plastic bag for an undetermined amount of time, coating the inside of the bag with condensation. We had ordered different chicken sandwiches. The chicken had been reversed on the sandwiches. At least the beverages were OK. It was just an inadequate meal. No more Bog Boy's for us.

After a day visiting Cincinnati my wife was having some back pain so going out to eat was out of the question. Besides it was raining and windy so I resorted to get carry out nearby. We have been here before and it was a short drive from the hotel. When I entered I looked at their carry out menu and ordered a Big Boy combo and substituted onion rings for the fries. Fortunately service was quick and polite. The restaurant looked clean and the food was actually pretty good. Sometimes it can be hit or miss especially in my hometown but this was a good experience considering the circumstances.

We were too tired to go out to eat and decided on carry out. Fritsch’s was one of the choices so we took a gamble on it. Fortunately the service was very friendly and speedy. The burgers and onion rings were good and very hot. This came with a soda to make a combo. That’s the more economical option. Do remember to remind them to give you some ketchup for the rings. Also, the online menu is not quite updated. I waited until I got to the restaurant to order but it only took a matter of minutes to get our order ready. That doesn’t always happen at a Fritsch’s. The location was very clean and very close to our hotel.

No one in the restaurant when we walked in. Waited for awhile to order, should have left while we had the chance. After waiting 30 minutes the food was not edible. No one else came in until we were leaving. I told them to leave

Had the best lunch today with friends and family. The service was beyond excellent. Ty so much to the manager. She was very friendly.
