We had a bad experience there although the staff were so nice and tried to help , regardless of the service delays ( honestly the staff were nice and apologized for it) the food wasn’t as we expected and as it is in the other big boy restaurants and the drink so bad we couldn’t even drink it and we told them we will not pay for it as the drink was untouched because of its bad taste. We love big boy and go to it frequently but this branch needs more attention especially the buffet area.
The only thing that was good is the people who works there .

Ah, a classic! Frisch's Big Boy is one of the best restaurants in Louisville, and it’s sad how it's collapsing in other areas. UPDATE 12/30/24: Quick update: Tastes different, maybe better. Ordered Smashed Boy, fries and milkshake. Milkshake was not super creamy but still awesome. Smashed Boy was super juicy and delicious. The new stuff is so good. Fries stayed the same!

It's been a long time since I've eaten at a Big Boy. It was as good as I recommend! The staff was great. The tea is very good! The food (The Big Boy) was as good as I remembered. The restaurant was clean, and they were cleaning quickly after a group had left.
Nice place, keep up the great job, and quick service.
$50 for four to eat isn't bad. I don't think anyway?

We went a few days ago and was not disappointed. I had the fish and chips, my husband had the open roast beef sandwhich. They are short on service workers but I have patience. I also got their hot fudge cake. So good. This brings back a lot of memories.
