Today I sat over a half an hour after my treatment was done, with my finger the only thing stopping the bleeding because nobody seemed concerned (it's their lunchtime) about my life or my treatment. I have made many complaints and requested transfers but I am trapped here. When people die here, they die in silence but I will never give up my struggle.

I am a patient. Extremely disappointed in the process offered regarding placing a grievance. I called to place a grievance regarding my supply issues. I was transferred to an employee named Shannon. (I live in ATL area regarding Jonesboro, Ga. Location) She initially sounded like I woke her up from her sleep, but I gave her the benefit of a doubt and placed my grievance with her. I was told to expect a phone call from the Clinic Manager by the end of the week. Didnt get any call. I called and spoke with Shannon again. She sounded irritated and assured me she would "escalate" this issue. That's laughable! No one called. I called Shannon again for the third time. She was stuttering and seemed indifferent to my grievance. She said that she has no idea if the Clinic Manager called me or not. I'm so disappointed and disheartened regarding this whole process. Please be aware that if you are a patient for this company and you want to place a grievance for some reason, you will NOT be taken seriously, you will be viewed as a nuisance and you will have no one (Social Worker is non existent) to advocate for yourself. You will be treated as a bother and viewed as a repetitive nag. I have a friend who is a nurse for this company in this area and I was told that my own nurse derides me and speaks of me very harshly due to me doing my OWN advocacy. Please be cautious when choosing this company for your dialysis needs!

For the leading suppliers for dialises supplies they really aren't very professional. Had a order due to come in last week. Ends up showing up 2 hours early, not informing me they are there, wait for about half hour, then leave. Now I was depending on this shipment due to me not having any more solution available to use. I called customer service and was told they can't show up again for another week. They then told me they would call my clinic to confirm I actually needed my supplies but never actually did and now im stuck with not being able to do my treatment for almost 3 days because of this major error on their part. I do not agree that the customer should have to do without because of the company's mistakes. Keep this in mind when referring to this company and keep natural alternatives in mind as well.

Beautiful view coming in during the morning commute with the reservoir right there. The trees around the water and surrounding campus are beautiful in the fall. Makes the traffic a bit more tolerable if you get to enjoy the pretty view. Traffic is flowing one way into the business park so it's atrocious in the mornings. Plenty of parking in front of the buildings and the employee garage was plenty more for those wit ha badge to the building. Visitors' parking is right out front and easily accessible for those who require handicap parking. Property is always well kept and landscaped. Flowers are added as well. The two speed bumps are taken out during the winter for plowing. Building isn't hard on the eyes either! You can often find employees walking the parking lot exercising as a group at lunch. Convenient to local hotels and many have a shuttle service for those on business travel. Many places to eat locally as well. There is a commuter shuttle service that runs from Alewife station also. About 1 hour from Boston during the morning commute and one hour in the afternoon. Otherwise can make it to Boston in about 25 minutes or so.

Since December 2021 services have deteriorated substantially here. I am a patient with Fresenius and have been for nearly 2 years at their Portland Oregon facility. They have been operating at an extremely low staff level, cutting our treatments and making patients wait for extended times, sometimes hours past our start time. This facility I am in doesn’t even have a manager! I gave it 1 star, but they really don’t deserve that.
