Freedom Debt Relief

I was with another company for just over 6 months and while I watched my escrow account grow, not one account had been settled and once they had me, the awesome customer service I had gotten turned into no customer service. So I switched to Freedom Debt Relief and before I made my fourth payment, I got my very first settlement in under two months. I forgot what they call the person who set me up so I’m calling him my Financial Advisor. His name is Scott and he is great! After he explained everything, I was transferred to someone else for a welcome call and while we got through what we were supposed to, we actually had a conversation and just felt like friends. I’m so happy I changed to FDR because if I was still at the same company, I highly doubt I would have a settlement. I am so thankful I decided to switch and wish I would have found Freedom Debt Relief because I already feel a bit more free. Once I pay this settlement, I’ll have more money available to go for bills that still need payment. THANK YOU FREEDOM DEBT RELIEF!

Where to start..Like many hard working people, I was beyond being able to handle my debt. I googled debt reduction programs and chose Freedom from Debt relief. The program was easy to navigate. The FDR folks have helped me every step of the way. Now I have "graduated " WHEW I did it. I can breathe now. Thank you FDR for your help. Gentle readers this program is the real deal.

This would've been ok but I had a family emergency and have been the primary caregiver for my Mother a year now. I explained this to them and they put my account on hold another 2 months, but then recently emailed me without notice that they have terminated my program. Mind you my initial debt to current after they have paid off seems to be very near the same which must means their fees left me where I started. All this and I emailed back requesting all my details such as initial debtors, amounts and totals as well as those now only to not get a reply back but a survey email. I guess they couldn't be kind enough to send me the specifics, all this while dealing with my mom's surgeries which could've cost her her life. The least they could do is be more understanding of the matter, and provide me my info in full.

They speak to you like you're stupid especially when you're asking questions regarding their service. They assume since you're requesting information about the program you don't have the means to pay down your debt. I know a lot of us are just looking for the temporary relief so then we can continue paying what we need to. The part that got me real good is when they told me my credit report will report LATE payments and that it won't hurt my credit score. That your credit score is not something you should even use. Hire some knowledgeable agents because that is indeed false. Since it's a recorded line I can only imagine what other information that's false has been shared with vulnerable people trying to pay down their debt. The program I am sure will help those who really need it but at the expense of reporting late payments to your credit report and misinformation... It could be the agent I dealt with didn't know anything...
