Frank And Oak

This is a general review of the Frank and Oak brand, and not this particular store. I recently bought a yak/wool blend turtleneck and a cardigan in the same material. Both were cut well and the colours were so appealing that I decided to give the brand a go. Alas, after wearing each sweater two or three times, they’re already a pill-y mess. Severely disappointed and I’ll never buy knitwear here again. To be fair the parkas look promising and may be worth it, especially on sale.

Purchased a winter jacket at this store - urgent replacement of the accidentally ripped current one. All of the associates were very helpful, professional, and fun. Amazing customer service.

Loving the vibe of this branch! The sales associates are approachable and knows their merchandise. I like that the sales associates do not follow me around to the point of irritation. I like that is attached to Jimmy's coffee too. ❤️

Overpriced and terrible quality. I purchased a number of things from Frank and Oak and not one of them has stood the test of time. Alll fell apart within a year. It's confusing why they're charging decent money for such garbage clothes

This is a really nice store but the customer service was really lacking. I was the only customer in the store and there were three employees hanging by the register just chatting. None of them said hi, asked me if I needed assistance or even acknowledged me. I was in the store for a few minutes and at no point did they ask if I needed any help. I'm not one to complain but it really was off-putting since I've been to your other locations where the customer service is just fine. I see that others in the comments are having similar experiences. I hope the store manager takes note. This happened around 5pm on July 28th.
