Amazing hotel with incredible staff. Breakfast was standout! They just need to get the pool operational again and communicate ahead of time it’s not available. They also should ensure guests can get access to the roof top bar. It was always booked out by outside guests.

It's all amazing. The receptions kind of small but efficient. Rooms were amazing and very descent size with view. The place vibe is calm and serene.. A bit of music from Aer, their restaurant was a bit noisy but they slowed it down. Aer is at 33rd floor and was perfect., the view and cocktail were amazing Breakfast again seemed a little speciality to order. Seemed so apt Unfortunately the pool was shut during stay.

My first time at this property and expected the usual four seasons standard but was hugely disappointed. The safe deposit box was out of battery, the overhead shower wasn’t working and for whatever reason housekeeping was not replacing the shower gel when needed. The bathroom in our suite had a single sink and the rooms were bland to say the least. Went to the gym (which was an impressive size) only to discover that they had invested in treadmills that part of the residential range and therefore weren’t great for a run. On the plus side, you can expect a good night’s rest as it is a relatively quiet area by Mumbai standards. Disappointed though that the property only had a single functioning restaurant. Don’t believe I will ever be back.

Both the Tea room and roof top are absolutely amazing. Roof top opening with the amazing is breathtaking. Great experience.
