FM Payments

This is a scam company. They said the processing rate is 2.07% after the $65 monthly fee. Every month is around 2.31%. The worst scam is when they had another company name riverside charger me $189 for 3 weeks and $9.95 for the last week within the month. After I call in to ask, FM payment told me they only refund the last 90 days which they still stole from me $3526.75. Please don't ever get service from this scam company. You said you are not Riverside but when I contact Riverside your FM payment got the information in seconds and also your company said the same thing as Riverside word to word. How would Riverside got my bank information from you? I am sure never give Riverside my bank information.

Gina Sloan was the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She stayed hours to help get details from Merchant One. She was knowledgeable patient and kind. She knew the product she sold me very well. I appreciate all that she has done to switch from one pos system to hers. She is a big asset for the company she represents . There aren’t enough stars to mark that she did a great job.

So fast to sign you up and dishonest about the POS integration. Asked tons of questions about if it’s going to be 100% integrated into my POS, told it was so I believed them. Come to find out it’s not even integrated. Unfortunately sign papers and now i put a request to cancel. Only had it for one day and notice that is not integrated and will not work for my POS. Called 10 times to cancel and all they said that we submitted the request to the cancellation department they will reach out. No call, no follow up. All I can do it call Ruth or whoever and they keep telling me the same thing. It’s hard to believe it takes weeks to cancel. I’m not trying to pay for a cancellation fee when they dropped the ball and no one apologize for the whole situation. So fast to sign up but any issues they take there sweet time to cancel. I know what that trying to do. They are trying to drag it out to I have to pay a cancellation fee. Not today. That’s the only reason I believe they are taking there time. They are not taking it seriously The problem is no one said it was a manual POS terminal, that’s why didn’t go with a the wireless one, and way Ruth explained it that it will be integrated into my POS as a counter top terminal. THE MAIN ISSUE THAT THEY 100% lied about being integrated. No integration at all. And no one said it was a manual payment system on both devices. I already mail the device back. I don’t want it, it’s not mine. It’s yours. I don’t want the service.
