FlowerAura

I have had good plants delivered from floweraura before. But this time, I got a diseased rose plant, nowhere as shown in the images and also with a different pot than ordered. When I complained, I received a replacement. Which also had some diseased leaves. When I complained again, floweraura was not responsible and did nothing. It did not grow. The leaves turned Yellow and most of them fell within a few days despite of good care. Guess will not be buying from them again.

AVOID! This is the state of the Rs.785 jade plant I ordered. Two twigs were sent and they are now dying as well even after proper care. Please ignore the rubbish response they give to poor reviews about caring about the customer. Even after 5-6 emails nothing was done. And why should the customer contact them as they say in the review response, they have all the information needed to recitfy the issues.

They ruin the intention with which gifts are sent to loved ones by sending low quality stuff. Plant sent looked nothing like image on website. Two little twigs were sent. And from the twigs leaves started falling off in 4 days. Despite contacting customer support no satisfactory resolution provided. Do not waste your money here. More importantly definitely do not select this company for gifts to send for occasions as they will ruin it for you.

FlowerAura is one of the best flower and cake platforms I've used. Their bouquets are pretty and elegant and I just love all of their cakes I've had so far. They're always a hit with the gift receivers. Their customer support is also really good and they instantly get the job done. I would especially like to thank Ruby Singh for their help.

Horrible experience. Started with delivery driver being rude to the person whose birthday present he was delivering. Bouquet didn't look like it showed in image. Cake tasted rotten and was not good to eat. When complained, they wanted to go back to the person's house and pick the cake up for quality check to put u through more embarrassment. Never ordering from this company again
