I request people not buy products from here, this company is just fooling people. If you get a damage product then again when you go for replacement you will get the same damaged one. And the customer support doesn't provide you with any solution, they behave rudely with customer. They told me they cannot refund or replace anymore, so i just left my money to them as a donation. If you don't want to spoil anyone's special occasion please think before you buy the products from here. If this company cannot deliver the product freshly then they should remove it from their site, don't mislead customer by showing something on the website and delivering something else.

I really hope there was something less than a half star. I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from FlowerAura. I placed an order with a delivery window between 1-4pm for a very special occasion. Knowing the time was crucial, I requested delivery before 3pm. The customer service team assured me they would try their best. They failed. I called again at 3:30pm to confirm delivery by 4pm, and they assured me it would be on time. They failed again. When I called to ask why my order was delayed, they gave me the absurd excuse that the glass jar for the "Opulent Floral Oasis" wasn't available. Why accept the order if you can't fulfill it? (They accepted my order even when they knew that the glass jar wasn't available.) They then promised delivery by 5pm after "adjusting" a glass jar from another workshop, asking me to trust them. Yet again, they miserably failed. At 5:15pm, after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, they told me my order had arrived. I checked with the recipient, and the order hadn't reached. FlowerAura tested my patience to the limit. The order finally arrived around 5:25-5:30pm. If you value your money and time, avoid FlowerAura. Their service was beyond pathetic, and I will never use them again. It was a very special occasion for which I had to get this order delivered within the delivery window of 1-4pm which was on FlowerAura's website and not a customized time window that I had put by myself, even then they failed. If I describe them in one line - Beyond pathetic, and an organization without morals who is just there to gain money without giving any good service in return.

Splendid job FlowerAura team! The whole Order was so brilliantly taken care of and delivered on time, in alignment with the special instructions specified in the online form. This was really beyond expectation; I am so impressed. And the best part... the recipient of the gift was exhilarated and absolutely blown away by the Beautiful flowers (White Roses) & the Smack-a-licious Truffle Cake (Everybody loved it). Keep up the fabulous job. Also, thanks a ton to the Live Chat person Dev for patiently taking up all the details and helping me out with my questions and concerns. Good work! Thank you so much :) The greeting card, knife and candles were thoughtful. And a huge thanks for replacing the Pink roses with the White ones as requested. Really appreciate it :)

Really pathetic service of this company in Nashik. Products delivered were nowhere close to what was shown on the website. I had placed order for a bonsai plant, bouquet and cake on father’s day. Cost was way too high and the quality of the products delivered was very low. It was supposed to be an express delivery but it got delivered at 9pm while I had placed order somewhere around 1pm. Fancy branding tactics of sending video messages also came with its own challenges. The video is not downloadable nor it allows easy access to the recipient. Also got the “special” note (crumbled) with the message I had provided. Really disappointed with this brand and won’t recommend it.

Please don’t bother wasting your money on these idiots. Their 3 standards of flowers are - dead, nearly dead or realllly dead!! Ordered for two items from them. Both are horrendous and in terrible shape! The poor flowers would’ve been better off dying at your shops / stores… Customer service also sucks !
