Well run office! Check in and the entire visit process was very efficient. All staff members were professional and friendly. Dr. Collins was prompt, personable and efficient without appearing rushed. He provided me with a clear explanation of his diagnosis, treatment and plan of action. It would be so nice if our entire healthcare system could be this way.

Everyone in this office was so nice...from check in to check out... reception, nurses and Dr Collins were so good....if you need help in their specialty..I suggest you go there...you won't be disappointed..

Though we had an hour wait, it was well worth it! First, several people apologized for our wait, including the Dr. Haidamous. Second, we understood the wait, as the Dr. was very thorough, informative, buand caring. We didn't feel rushed at all. He gave us several options: live with it, try injections and PT (had them - didn't help), and shoulder replacement. Ken has been in pain for several years.
