From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Linnell and the entire team were professional, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable…Dr Linnell performed several tendon and a nerve transfers. The surgery was a success, and my recovery process has been smooth and well-supported. I highly recommend Dr. Linnell for anyone in need of orthopedic care. Dr Joshua Linnell did my surgery and he was the best. Fast recovery and back to work and very informative before and after my surgery. It was ambulatory went home same day and back to work within a week. He continues to take his time and shows great patient care.

Dr Linnell was great. Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions in language I could understand. Extremely professional and just an overall nice guy. Highly recommend him if you find yourself in need.

The lady at the front desk (on Collins side, w/ frosted blonde hair) is not the most professional. When I came in today and signed in on the clipboard, she never said hello, never acknowledged me, nothing. I waited for a beat and when she never made eye contact, I walked away and sat down. The other receptionist called me over and checked me in. Additionally, this is the Second time I’ve been there, in which this particular receptionist has acted exasperated with her co-worker in front of me. Today after I finished the appointment I was given a pink form to take upfront to schedule a follow up appointment. I get to the little window where she is sitting. She has her phone in her hand, sees me and immediately puts it down and begins typing on her keyboard. She does not acknowledge me. Does not even look up at me. I stood there and stood there and stood there until she turned around to the other receptionist and very exasperated said “can you get this?” tilting her head towards me. She Never even acknowledges me or explains anything or says “she’ll help over there.” Nope. Nothing. Again, no eye contact. The other receptionist, the same one who checked me in, calls me over, so I walk around the desk feeling like I’ve done something wrong, she takes my paper only to tell me “I’m sorry our system is down. I can’t make you an appointment.” Why couldn’t the first receptionist have said that to me? She acted like she couldn’t be bothered. Very unprofessional and this is the second time I’ve seen her act exasperated with her coworker and ask a coworker to “handle me.” Check the cameras. I checked in at 2:48 pm. This receptionist could learn a thing from the receptionists over on the occupational and physical therapy side. Those receptionist over there are wonderful. They remember me by name and are so polite and professional.
