I hold this company in high regard. However, I have faced some challenges with the HR process. Even I complete task within the time line. Two weeks ago, I was informed about an upcoming interview. Unfortunately, I was unwell the following day, but I communicated my availability for the interview. After two days, I updated HR that I was ready to proceed with the interview process. I was then informed that there were already candidates in the pipeline. Four weeks later, I received feedback stating that my profile did not match their requirements.

I joined fleet 2 months back. What impressed me first is the recruitment Process. Unlike usual Q&A interviews, Fleet starts with an assignment! Next good thing is Fleet favors remote work culture for its employees irrespective of any prevailing conditions, which helps in good work-life balance for anyone. Has good scope for learning new technologies. As for as the management team, they are very employee-friendly and supportive.

Good place to work and there is enough work life balance. The hierarchy is pretty much flat and there is enough opportunities to learn and grow within the organization. Leadership is very approachable and listen to the employees feedback and ideas. Very friendly environment. They provide benefits like insurance, leave encashment, maternity leave, wedding leave and also we can choose to work remotely forever with flexible timings.

Great company to work with. This is actually my third company. Great hiring and on-boarding process. CEO is too good person. Very supportive environment that treats it's employees with respect and encourages everyone to have a balanced lifestyle and learn additional technologies.

Very good software company to work. Good recruitment policy. CEO is a nice gentleman and genuine person. All in US team are good. You will get the payment on time. They do all hi-tech projects and new technologies. I worked for 11+ months here. Office is located in a prime location, on the mount Road, nearer to Metro & Pondy bazar. My best wishes for Fleet Studio Technologies to grow bigger.
