I worked with fis for 5 months and I worked for chex process I don't have any issues with the company and my manager Vaishali hamshet her name is I was health issues and the health issues I faced because of the work environment i faced during those 5 months it's a small process which consists of only 2 people I want to complain regarding my team coach her name is yogita creado she is so dominating and too toxic to work with I feel those 5 months were most depression and worst 5 months of my life I felt depressed just because of her toxic nature she cannot any one survie in chex process.

I am working for FIS through Atos and actually wanted to give 0 rating. Worst ever company i have seen till now. Manager(Anurag Gupta) don't have any practical knowledge about process and still he allocates unwanted work and pass strict order to complete it before log out. Once I tried to took stand from my side even though I am serving my notice period then also he threatened me to work for 12 to 14 hours and complete the work which wss not even completed by anyone. Othef TLs Managers are also foolish. If you wanted to spoil you family time work life balance then surely join this company

I would have given 0 star if possible, never seen such a redicules, pathetic and unprofestional place. Guys working hours and shift timeings are only on offer letter. In reality TL,s and Manager make you seat for 11 12 hours (how much time they want) and you will be ask to login any time a day and reason they will give that target. They give you unachivable targets and if in beetween your wotking hours there is no work still its your mistake and not there and you have to extend your shift untill target completed. So if you want to spoil your family as well as personal life and peace of life, please fo joind this company. Imp think is whenever they want they ask you give resgination giving any silly reason.I think they may be dont know or they do not want to follow labure law. Its time to introduce thrm with law.
