Fireside resort customer reviews

We stayed in an RV, rather than one of the cabins. But as I walked our dogs, it was easy to see in some of the empty cabins. The whole place has an excellent location, fantastic grounds are kept clean and beautiful, and the services top-notch. Cannot say enough good about the location and the way they have the place laid out. If I needed a cabin to stay in for a night, with great ambience, this would be the first place I’d go.

Thank you Fireside Resort for the most professional and accommodating management and staff. I had the perfect vacation. I enjoyed the wonderful cabin and all the comforts most important to me, such as a great comfy bed with crisp ironed linens, nice European shower with excellent water pressure, and cozy electric fireplace where I enjoyed great coffee that was provided, and much much more. Above all, an extremely clean, safe environment and quiet while being minutes away from great adventures, 5-star dining, spectacular views, and amazing wildlife sightings. The special treat of having a moose visit and hangout by the cabins for a couple of hours was extraordinary. Such a fun and enjoyable place which I hope to visit again and again.

We very much enjoyed our five night stay here. My husband and I were in the RV campground and my parents in one of the cabins. We loved the location between Jackson and Teton Village. Easy access to the national park and some great restaurants on walking distance or short drive. The cabins are lovely and my parents said the bed was super comfortable. Nicely set amongst the trees and cute fire pit for enjoining evening drinks or after dinner treats. We appreciated being placed in an RV site at the back of the campground (site 96) which was extremely spacious and relatively private. Certainly the sites in that back row are the best in the park. However, for $160 per night I would have been very disappointed to be in one of the pull through sites in the middle of the campground which were very cramped. I also think the campground could be improved to match the very hefty price tag - level, paved sites and a bit of grass go a long way - neither of which were features of this campground.

Loved our stay at Fireside Resort. The cabins were simply fantastic! Very well appointed, with everything fully stocked to stay awhile and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was all very nice. The location couldn't have been better, very close to the Teton park entrance and Jackson Hole. The restaurants in walking distance are fantastic too. This is our new favorite spot and we can't wait to come back.

We were very pleased with our stay here. Close to Jackson and the Tetons, yet far enough away from town to avoid the hassle. We were about halfway through a 25 day trip through numerous national parks and needed a break. It was truly refreshing to have our own little place, be able to cook and eat in for a change. The 20 tiny homes between the road and the campground are comfortable, clean and cozy. Glad we found Fireside and really enjoyed our stay.

I'm somewhat confused by some of the reviews I've read about this property. I'll begin with the staff. Each and every staff person we dealt with was polite...
