Fire & Oak

Usually, I go to the bar with my girlfriend, and service is hit or miss. Unlike the service, the food always hits the spot. Burrata with spicy rigatoni, mussels in white wine, octopus, and most of all, the mushroom pizza!!! The drinks are fun and easy to enjoy, well balanced. Great spot or happy hour, lunch, or dinner.

Came here on a whim and I’m very happy we did. The food was exceptional and I seriously regret not getting our waiters name for a shoutout. Looking forward to visiting again. We got the Kobe meatballs as an appetizer and they were delicious. They were big, seasoned well, and saucy. I ordered my burger medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. It was really juicy which is hard to come by. There was a strong hint of cinnamon in the grilled onions but it worked well.

I had a great experience at Fire and Oak in Newport , NJ. … This restaurant has a diverse menu of appetizers, entrees and desserts and the drinks are really good. The atmosphere is cool and the Westin hotel attached is 1st class. One of the Fire and Oak managers named Kelly does an elite job of ensuring that everyone has a dynamic experience. I was impressed to see her mix drinks, serve food, clean up tables, actively meet and greet and do whatever was needed on her shift… it’s rare to see someone in a manager position willing to do it all. The rest of the workers were very kind and welcoming. Overall it was a great experience.

I love this place! Amazing food, great service and atmosphere. Brunch with my friends....had the perfect Steak and Eggs pairing with Bellini to start and ending with waffles and delicious espresso martini. DJ Nessa was so much fun! We will be back for sure!

Fire and Oak in Jersey city is writhing the Westin hotel. You may use the hotel valet or on the right hand side there is a parking garage. The restaurant is small and provides great customer service. Our waiter for the night was accommodating through out the whole night and make sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious especially the pepper corn filet which was so flavorful and a great cut to be honest. Highly recommend the restaurant if you want great quality food at a great price and wonderful service.
