Finicity

No way to get help, 2 of my banks can't connect on Finicity, theirs no method for using routing and account number and there is no way to get help from anyone at Finicty. The following accounts failed to link: Unexpected Error linking account: 404 - {"code":20001,"message":"Real account number not found"}

I think this is the service provider that capital one uses for ACH and now nobody has access to their paychecks nationwide. Thanks!

Been waiting 45 min with nice music and than was simply cut off. That's not a friendly way to handle customers

We are attempting to put our banking information in for our apartment in order to pay our rent on line. This company requests you user name and password for your financial institution instead of just your account number and routing number. This could open you up to a multitude of fraud opportunities if you have multiple accounts at that financial institution. Even your own institution will not call and ask you for your password information. I will be questioning the legality of this at both my state and also the federal level. These companies are becoming too invasive and you can only contact them by e mail, just to be ghosted by them.

They accessed (hacked) my bank account and logged in at 2:45 AM Friday 3/27/2020 morning. Nothing was taken or transferred out. But why would they need to log into my account. How did they get my password and answers to my verification questions. What was their purpose. I have never done any business or had any association with this company. I have never given permission to anyone to access my bank account. This access (hack) was verified by my bank's IT folks. I spend at least an hour researching this hack. I would love to get a honest response as THEY say from them. But based on the many other BBB reviews, I believe this company is a ripoff at best and or a scam.
