It has pioneered the concept of gifts and all sorts of flowers by driving a marketplace by all the niche and sophisticated means. First time I visited FnP in Gurgaon. It was an eye candy experience. The moment I entered that store, all the soothing experience in each of my nerve was blissful. All the natural fragrances and aromas were striking softly in my nostrils and the blow was all clean and pacifying. FnP never fails to amaze me with the collection of roses and other customisable gifts. Especially red, white, yellow and pink! If that's not enough, you can import Black rose from Halfeti through Ferns N Petals, it is a 100% natural well preserved rose and will last for upto 2 years. Just keep it as it is and you'll enjoy its beauty and charm for years. In Nagpur, the store is located near Somalwar Nikalas High school which visited is a bit smaller as juxtaposed with other stores located throughout the nation. It is congested, yet at the same time all the intended customary items to gift are readily available (generally)! Staff is skillful, speedy and courteous. FnP is a bit on a costly side but the quality they deliver is hand in hand with the price they charge for it. Needless to say, it is my numero uno and maiden choice for buying flowers and petals. PS:- Their creativity and service capabilities are unprecedented in the field of gifts and flowers. Kudos!

I got surprise cake and bouquet on my b'day by my family Nice cake (and one of the delicious cake i have ever eat) Bouquet was also good Customize Msg card also with the bouquet Pros: Online order and Fast delivery One things to be added: The name on the bday cake was missing which should be included in the customized option during order.

I ordered cake for my brother on oct 26 for cake delivery on oct 28 which is on Saturday. website accepted my order but cake wasnt delivered. Later customer care told we don't deliver on weekends. The cake still dint got delivered on oct 30(Monday). On nov 1 I got email that wrong address. There was also a phone no with address but no one called. They cancelled my order with stupid excuse. I paid 3000 for small cake and they ask for more money to try again! Customer care doesn't do any work. Please don't use their service

Worst customer experience ever. I asked for a delivery and paid the money in advance without any bargain..the delivery was not delivered which was for mother's day when I had specifically mentioned this...and istead of being apologetic was trying to act oversmart with the order..worst experience ever..never order using these brainless people
