Horrible experience so far. Placed order for complete set of kitchen appliances, paid in full. Walked in with a list of part numbers, all selected, they didn't have to do anything. No communication for two weeks, then I found out that they entered my info incorrectly in their system, wrong phone number, wrong Zip code (delivery to an address that doesn't exist) basically their system does not have the most basic checks in place. I had checked all that info on the form to be correct when I paid. Then they let me know that they can't schedule delivery until I pay the difference in tax, due to different zip code... schedule, not delivery. Nobody calls me to rectify the matter, I call back and no one available to take my call from sales, the receptionist sends me to a number of voice mail boxes. This place got recommended by my kitchen designer, I was expecting a much different experience, clearly they do not care about anything. Really bad communication from Dominic and the rest of the sales team, cannot recommend.

The staff here are really helpful and attentive. Sharon gave us a warm welcome at the store and was very helpful in providing us more information for other appliances and products we were looking for in the other Ferguson locations within the Bay Area. Dominic was able to answer all our queries about our interested products and catered to our special requests. We had a nice customer experience thanks to both of them We were primarily looking for kitchen appliances. The store has a good blend of mid range to premium products as well as an online catalog to choose from in kitchen appliances. After a lot of search we found the cooking range for our home over here.

Staff were super accommodating. They came around to offer help, but were also happy to let us browse on our own. Visiting this showroom was refreshing.

Disappointed with the selection. Other Ferguson locations in the past have had more options. Refrigerators they had were around $10-15K and out of reach for the average family. Dishwasher selection was good. Ranges, again were not the greatest in different price ranges. There were no sales people to help without an appointment.

I gave a start only because I am forced to give one to leave a review. This place deserves no stars. They take your money and after my appliances arrived - it took a month to schedule the delivery. Secondly, the appliances arrived damaged... the wine fridge has a dent on the door and the steam oven is not even working. I wish I bought my appliances at Airport appliances as always... their service is really good compared to Monark. No one responds to emails or calls or emails. Since yesterday, I am trying to get them to respond to me about the damaged wine fridge and the steam oven.
