Not even sure where to write my review, I'm in Bulgaria. But guys, please, please consider WRITING SOMEWHERE that payments in courier offices in Bulgaria are accepted only in cash. I had a horrible experience, was not able to take my package, I also have to travel the next few days and I'm not sure at all if I'll ever get my package. I really wanted my stuff.

Issues with order return #3983226 I am so disappointed with their customer service! I submitted a product return on 15.11 and received an email back that they will collect it within 4 days. Now, almost 3 weeks later and 4 emails sent to ask for an update, they cancelled my request through the app without notifying me, nor giving any legit reason. @Fashion Days, I want my money back!

The worst customer support experience. I have waited for the order to be shipped , on the 5th day I have called FD to ask them why its still not shipped and they said because there are black Fridays and the estimated time is 14 days, then on the other day they have called me to tell me they cannot send the package because I didn’t provide my full surname (which was never a problem when ordering from many other sellers) I have provided it and they even typed it wrong, then I had to call again , then I have waited 10 days and I have already paid my goods and received absolutely no update what is happening with my order, it was never shipped so I cancelled it and never ever again will order from FD. THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

What happened with FD BG? 6bgn charge because I don't want to pay with a card?! Promocodes don't work either because I don't want to pay with a card?! I must be punished for being naughty or what? Do you so much need me to use this payment that you are ready to blackmail me? Not to mention the 3 weeks delivery period. Half a year ago, your delivery was 2 to 3 days! Shame on you Fashion Days. It was a nice e-store, but you ruined it yourself. I canceled my order and I'm not gonna order anything from you, and I really hope your get what you deserve!

Quick delivery and very hustle free return policy. I liked the experience, will buy again. Customer service is really key in the business 🙃 listen to your audience guys and increase your gmb rate 😁
