Worst company I have worked. Company culture is very poor. there is no benefits for employees. It look like only team manage run the company and no respect to senior and other peoples. No team bonding activities, No learning, I mean nothing. I feel that this is a factory. Cheap laptop to work, who is HR don't know. I have faced, plz don't try to spoil your life.

Apart from all of this the work culture of company is amazing. Wheather it's the CEO of company or your manager everyone is really down-to-earth. They give all the perks to their employees whatever is possible. Also, the office is situated at a Very good place with all facilities around like ATM, restaurant, and many more food stall nearby. In short amazing company.

Poor customer calling service experienced.

The worst service ever by a logistics company I've ever experienced. Who TF sends you a message at 10:30 PM saying your package is out for delivery only to be immediately followed by a message of delivery failure. No delivery attempts were made ever. I've not received a single product and my order status is being shown as fulfilled. There's absolutely no way to contact these incompetent people too. So there's no way to raise a complaint. I would give stars in negative, if that was possible in any way. WORST SERVICE EVER. EVEN WORSE THAN A COSMETICS COMPANY WHOSE SERVICE I COULD SWEAR WAS THE WORST EVER (atleast there was a method to raise a complaint) And the people giving them 5 stars are probably the people who have invested in this good for nothing company.

One the worst organization i have ever visited.Got a call for opening and they scheduled my interview. I went through all rounds and cleared the interview process. HR told me that she will definitely call tomorrow after discussion with Manager. I didn't get call ,i waited for 2 more days and called her again and she said they have kept me on hold and will let me know after next 10 days as in between they will call other candidate too. Its been around 15 days and they have not contacted me.If you(FarEye) guys are looking for some one who can join early or can work in less salary then i will personally suggest please don't call someone who has long notice period or currently have greater salary than what you can offer max as this is wastage of our time as well as your's also.
