I filled out the form asking for an estimate and received an automated reply and nothing else. I even followed up two weeks later, but nothing. Curious, I took a closer look at these reviews and notice that all these 5-stars are mostly all from employees extolling how wonderful it is to work with them. That's not how these reviews are supposed to work! This isn't an employment agency. Why are they forcing their employees to spam the reviews? It's highly unethical.

As an employee of Evince Development, I have been impressed with their commitment to maintaining clear and consistent policies that are fair and equitable for all team members. From their code of conduct to their vacation policy, everything is clearly communicated and well-documented, which makes it easy to understand what is expected of me as an employee. Additionally, the company is very supportive of work-life balance, which is reflected in their flexible policies around remote work and time off.
