Seriously: I love this place! This business is huge and thorough in the history of video games. If it was made, they probably have it! I stumbled across them and have been several times for a lot of systems - SNES, N64, Sega Genesis, Wii, and I have browsed for all the others! Best experience I can summarize. I purchased a Smash Bros Brawl (Wii) and did not open it for a few weeks until we did game night. After 30 mins of playing, the game went to an error screen. We did not encounter this with any other games. We tried it again, and 10-15 mins into a battle, it did the same. I took it by the store and showed them a picture of the TV screen and explained the problem. There was no hesitation in getting me whole again. I greatly appreciated it and the fact that staff heard me out instead of brushing me off. A Class people at this business! If you haven't, go visit and see it for yourself!

They have a good selection of figures and collectibles. The games don’t have prices on them. The checkout line moves slowly and employees have no urgency to help customers. There may be 2 people in line in front of you but it may take 30 minutes. The receipt and register doesn’t show itemized prices so you don’t really know how much each item cost.

Great place for any gamer. Amazing selection and prices are pretty competitive. Staff is friendly and helpful. I always have great experiences coming and appreciate a local alternative so close to home.

This is a cool shop. I stumbled upon it b/c I was selling some retro gaming stuff found in an "attic". In fact, my normal game store couldn't handle testing so one suggested I go here. Huge inventory in a huge store tucked away in a business park. Great customer service. Pleased with amount that I got for old NES that didn't have cables.

If I could give ten stars, I would. I ordered nine games, all of which are going to be played at my volunteer fire station in our lounge between calls when we have downtime. When I received my package (VERY quickly, by the way. I ordered on the 12th, and received it by the 16th). I received the 9 games, all of them individually wrapped, and the quality of the games/cases look impeccable. The cases don't look dingy or well used, and the disc's are crazy good, considering many of these games released 10, 15, or almost 20 years ago. The package was packed with care, and when I opened the package, I was extremely surprised by the fact that eStarland threw in 4 other games for totally free. I'm amazed by the care, quality, speed and customer service, so you just gained a lifelong customer, and you will be aggressively recommended to all of my friends and coworkers. Thank you, eStarland! You guys are amazing.
