So Esspresso House seems to be the Danish equivalent of Costas (or Starbucks if you’re a yank). They are everywhere and are excellent. Brilliant coffee and fantastic pastries.

I really enjoyed visiting this Espresso House on a number of occasions during our visit to Copenhagen. The drinks menu is varied, as is the sweet selection, and the interior is beautifully decorated. The only downside is that it is a little on the pricey side, but this is somewhat expected from a chain. Would recommend.

Food and coffee good quality. Very busy place with stressed and unfriendly staff. THE TOILETS DOWNSTAIRS ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Two of the three toilets were blocked with filth to the rim. The third toilet was not equipped with toilet paper. Lots of used toilet paper piled up in the corner on the floor . DISGUSTING !!!!!!

Too sweet coffee and too expensive. It also takes time to Get the order. It’s overhyped, we do not reccomend. If you like coffee thats too sweet and almost only taste sugar and milk, then this is for you.

Great place to take a break from sightseeing. We were in at least half a dozen in Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. Clean. Large and roomy. Restrooms readily accessible. Plenty of seating. Love this place.
