Enuygun- Avoid at all costs! Very disappointed with Enuygun. I would leave a 0 star if possible. I Booked tickets on Enuygun through a travel agency for flights to Pakistan for £595. The tickets I received for Qatar Airways were fraudulent and did not exist when I contacted Qatar to confirm my seats. I then contacted my bank who supported me in resolving this issue with Enuygun. Enuygun then sent documents of the seats which supposedly had been booked. None of the tickets had my name, the airline was Air India and not Qatar, the inbound/outbound were between India and Dubai and not London and Islamabad, plus the dates were for March 2023 when I booked in August 2023! I explained it is practically impossible to book tickets in August 2023 for March 2023 when that was 6 months prior. My money was used for fraudulent purposes, I did not travel at all as I never received any tickets. I even agreed to show my passport as proof of no travel. I clearly explained my details had been used to book fraudulent tickets. Enuygun has still refused to help me or refund my money. I have been left distressed and upset as my family planned to travel to Pakistan to meet Grandparents. I would never recommend Enuygun for flights or holiday packages. If something goes wrong they will just be unresponsive. All I wish is for someone from Enuygun to contact me but I haven’t received any help at all. This ordeal has left me very upset as it happened in August 2023 and today is June 2024. Avoid at all costs.
