ENT and Allergy Associates

Called at 4:32PM today and got answering service. Office closes and 5PM and I guess they switched over phones. Natalie had a very strong accent and I had a hard time understanding her. The doctor I wanted to see is Dr.Kaitlin M. Riall because that is who I found is in network with my insurance. After communicating with the answering service, apparently she’s not a physician at that practice. When I asked, if if I can communicate with someone in the office answering service tried to attempt to put me through, but it looks like the office was not able to take the call for some reason or another If the office is still open, they should be taking patient calls. After that, I decided that wouldn’t be a right fit for me for practice went online checked out the reviews in this confirmed that this would not be the right fit for me. Thank you so much for those who have put the reviews online that helped me make my decision that that wouldn’t be the right fit for myself or my family.

Excellent doctor (Surgrue). Be prepared to wait beyond your scheduled appointment time, because he runs over when he feels the patient needs it. But, honestly, his level of patient care, his level of skill, and his level of communication is exceptional, so I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr Acker is the worst. Right off the bat, the doctor came into the room, smirking at me. After explaining my issues which include difficulty sleeping and exhaustion, ear pain and others, I was basically told that I should see other doctors and that he doesn’t treat the symptoms I’m experiencing and that based on his very rapid and simple exam that there’s nothing wrong with me. He voice to text charted while I was in the room, which I found to be very rude; and made me feel like I was making up every symptom I experienced. He did not seem to believe me when I told him I’ve been to many different doctors to try and figure out what’s wrong, and did not make any effort to build rapport. I’m an RN, I know what I’m talking about, and when I tell you this man made me feel like I was as dumb as a bag of dirt and basically laughed in my face, not such a good look on a doctor you’re visiting for help with an issue. Disappointed and tired of seeing doctors who are too cocky to give a damn about the human beings they’re treating.

This place was supposed to call me to set up an appointment for a device and they've yet to even call me and it's been 3 weeks. No wonder the reviews are so bad. They clearly don't give a damn! I'm aggravated that I wasted my time and money at the other location and still have to wait. BS!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Litman. I fully recommend him. He is amazing on what he does. I can't thank him enough for taking good care of my daughter!. Thank you for your caring and professionalism!!
