In November 2024, I ordered a storage bed from Emma. When my product arrived, a part was missing from the package. Since then, they have sent large packages to my home five times, claiming the missing part would be included. However, none of the packages contained the part I needed. Each time, I had to go through the lengthy and tedious process of initiating returns, placing new orders, and receiving yet another package – but the missing part has still not been delivered. Today, another package arrived, and once again, it was the wrong one, with the part I need still missing. This is truly disappointing. I liked your product, but improving your logistics and customer service is equally important. Because of this, my rating for you is low.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the return process. I requested to return the mattress and I am waiting for over two months now for the mattress to get picked up. I also have not received my reimbursement yet. Already two pick up appointments were scheduled, but the pick up service never showed up, never called and the customer service now went unresponsive. This is a very frustrating experience.

An absolute scam, delivery takes way longer than what they said, no way to contact the warehouse to speed the process not even for the store’s personnel and if you ask for a refund it takes up to a month to be paid. Undoubtedly a No Go! Quite simply a trap

Worst customer service I wish google would. I ordered a boxspring bed in November 2023. I am still waiting. On the day of order it said 4-5 weeks to deliver. Even if I go now to their page it says 4-5 weeks. They are not reying to my emails or it takes a week for them to react. @Emma please invest in your support and supply chain instead of Ads.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After countless phone calls, the first delivery came damaged, the second to the wrong adress. Still waiting on delivery and the discount I was promised. Customer service do not speak English or Dutch, put you on hold and hangs up. Awoid at all cost, for that price there is companies that actually cares about their customers.
