They do not want to refund some IAP credits that I have purchased by mistake, I am going to mediate with Odoo, because after two years working together, they do not want to refund one of the two months of IAP purchased (I have written to request the refund, at one hour of placing the order) and they are rejecting it.

After purchasing the Odoo Amazon and Shopify connectors along with the so-called "Success Pack" for 750 USD, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I faced a setback when I received the wrong products from my supplier, preventing me from activating both connectors or utilizing the consulting pack I had purchased. Despite reaching out to Emipro to seek understanding, they chose not to respond, leaving me feeling frustrated. Spending a total of 1700 USD on both connectors and the support pack has proven to be a disappointment. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I am one of the clients of this company,My experience with one of their director Dilip Jivani has been extremely horrible. They are only concerned about taking money and after they have got your payment they will stop working with and communicate with you. I have lost more than $4000 on the project that we gave them. They will send you contract to complete your project in 1 months and in my case they could not even complete in 7 months. After 7 months their response was that they did not wish on the project after taking 85% of the project. Highly unreliable, they do not even code as per Magento Standards and all reviews on their extensions are fake. Work with them on your own risk
