Emapta

Emapta has been great so far. Prior to joining the company, I have been hearing about the "Emapta Experience", and this becomes evident even before I officially started with the company. Their hiring and onboarding process is well-coordinated and organized. HR team is very professional and would really walk you through all that's needed for you to settle in well. It had been a very smooth process overall. They have plenty of offices, all of which look as if it came straight out of a magazine. It's a breath of fresh air and really puts you in a good, professional mood to work in. The people had been very friendly, and you get welcomed well by everyone. They speak a lot about the company being a family, and it does feel like so. As for the benefits and compensation. I'm sure it'll be different for people, depending on their roles and the accounts they've been assigned to. Personally, I'm very happy with mine. I cannot say more positive things.

Accessible to employees as it's near the metro's main thoroughfare. It also has plenty of space and a great ambiance for productivity. The gym is also a plus that encourages work-life balance for employees.
