This company is a sad used to be a great place to work.. they laying everyone off so they can send all their work to India because they can pay them less money.. they have lost so many accounts it’s sad and pitiful a company that used to take they customers health serious has become a joke.. laying off people right before retirement and with no care in the world.. I wouldn’t trust this company as a cancer patient or transplant patient to handle my records you will die before they actually deliver. Money hungry owners and management who only wants to make their pockets richer and have no actual sympathy for their patients. They lost tracks of their missions and values!! You don’t even deserve a star not even half of star

I got a call from this company asking for my e-mail to send genetic reports on behalf of Stanford. It felt sketchy so I called my clinic and confirmed that it is a scam. TBH its kind of scary that they called me only a week after I scheduled an apt--there is definitly a leak somewhere in Stanford security.

Scam? Keep asking for a HIPPa and sending emails and calls but can’t name the “ provider’ they are supposed to be getting records for. I already went through a NY hospital to get records. Don’t know how they got my info but my email was hacked about a month before and they could see I have an out of state appt. I also called them out as a scam and they just switched to calls instead of an apology or offering info from email.they just moved on to calling instead. Scam. Very Indian sounding individuals begging on voice mail for me to give private info. Nope.

A medical provider that I have been seeing has contracted with this company and they are awful (I'd give less than 1 star if I could), incompetent, unprofessional, and if not in direct violation of HIPPA they are skirting the line. When they have called me as a patient I didn't answer because the number is an unknown 1-888 number with no information about who they are. The messages they left are very quiet and hard to hear even with the volume turned all the way up on my phone, and when I was able to hear the messages well enough they are very difficult to understand. I didn't return the calls because between the phone number, no information coming up on caller ID, how awful the messages are, and how vague they are (just state they are calling on behalf of a medical provider) they seemed very suspicious as a scam. Shortly after the first messages I started getting messages from them where they clearly think they are leaving a message for a medical provider as the messages state that they are following up on a records request that they sent for a mutual patient, where they give my name, date of birth, and other personal information. It is extremely concerning to me that they are providing sensitive information when they clearly have no idea who they are talking to. I have told all my providers not to give them any of my information, that I don't want to work with them for the 1 provider, and that I think all providers should not work with them at all.

This company claimed to be requesting my medical records on behalf of a Stanford Medical clinic. I called the Stanford Medical Records Department. The Stanford representative there said he had never heard of eHealth Technologies.
