They do not help people that are mentally ill or in need of detox/rehab. They turn them away even when they are asking for help. Terrible shame.

Is it normal to wait over 5hrs to be treated for a concussion?? 5:30 hrs and still haven't been treated.
Update: took us 8hrs to get seen by a doctor.
