Great place to work and good working culture.

Went there for RCM interview. After waiting for 4 hours we were called for the first round which was assessment, then 2 hours more for the HR round. After clearing HR round at 8.30 pm we were asked to come next day for next round. On next day after giving manager round no one was told about whether selected or not and HR told that we will update you in next few days. It's 2 weeks now and no one is informed yet weather selected or not.

One of the best companies i have worked with.. they are definitely employee centric company and always focus on their vision and mission. We believe in equality and always are ahead of the technology. A very promising company to deliver the best services and focusing on being a billion dollar company.

I had the worst experience with Conviction HR. In mid December I had applied for a job through ‘CONVICTION HR’ for ECW - E Clinical Works in Chandivali Boomerang. I had cleared my 1st 3 interviews and I was one of the finalist. As per the hr I was told there is opening for a different position in (ECW) so i applied for it and they didn’t select me even after the interviewer said perfect I was amazing. After that i was told I would be interviewed for my last final round for the position that I was applying for in the 1st place. I have been following up with ‘CONVICTION HR’ till date and I have been asking for updates for my final interview round but from December they have been telling me (Kal hoga interview/ next week hoga), Ops manager available nahi hai ECW ka etc. I mean how difficult it is to complete 1 final interview round and it’s a telephonic round. From Mid December till today 9th January my interview has not been completed. I am without a job because of ‘Conviction HR’ and ‘ECW- E Clinical Works’ both have not been Ethical and Professional with their services. This is so sad that because of you guys I am suffering today without a job, I trusted you guys with your words and i regret it. It’s shameful that I was not even rejected I was selected and I was not given a job.
