They're available 24/7 through the chat feature in the app and go the extra mile to quickly make sure any question is answered and issues resolved. With a recent LinkedIn bug, their customer support representative was in contact with me over the course of a week. She was flexible in scheduling video conferences/tutorials and continued to check-in via email and the chat feature. It's so rare these days to have a live person respond to your inquiries, and even rarer to have the level of customer service. We've been approached by many other social media management vendors but will remain loyal to eclincher because of their great product, great pricing, and exceptional customer service.

Be wary. We were customers for more than 3 years, because they were affordable for the value. But, they suddenly decided to double our annual cost (not hyperbole) without warning and auto-billed our payment method. Their price is now comparable to several of the big providers, but the features are not. We have now switched providers, and we are trying to get a pro-rated refund for services not rendered, since we canceled 1 month into the new billing year. They keep giving a coverall answer – "Our terms of service specify that service fees are non-refundable. However, we are committed to ensuring that we check all the options to help you with this, hence forwarding this to our relevant team which has the experts on this matter." Keep in mind, there are 11 months remaining on the auto-bill that they did not tell us beforehand was doubling in cost. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR YEAR-IN-ADVANCE. I addressed the poor business practices with several agents, but the simple responses are passivity, coverall statements and avoidance. Still in purgatory...
