Worked with EBQ on a sales outsourcing project for 6 months in 2024. Can't say enough positive things about how attentive, friendly, and responsive the team is. They're organized and excellent problem-solvers. Due to the nuances of our business and sales process, it ultimately wasn't a long-term fit, but I would highly recommend EBQ for cold-calling and appointment-setting for B2B software or managed services. Shout out to Dante who was with us since the beginning – you rock!

I contracted EBQ for BDR augmentation services for a period of three months, and the results were extremely disappointing. Despite their promises, they failed to schedule even one initial meeting with potential clients. It was clear from the start that they didn’t fully understand my organization, our business needs, or how to properly present us to potential leads. Instead of delivering on their commitment, they merely provided a list of cold calls that didn’t meet our business requirements at all. The leads were irrelevant, poorly targeted, and demonstrated a lack of research or effort. Despite their failure to achieve any tangible results, they had the audacity to demand thousands of dollars in funding for what was essentially a useless service. Overall, I found their approach disorganized and out of touch with our goals, making this engagement a waste of time and money. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for real results.

I have worked with EBQ for nearly two years for Pardot, WordPress, Google Analytics, design, content and other digital marketing needs. To a person, they are knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. You always know the status of projects, the next steps and how the work is going. They are great communicators and utilize Asana for project management. I highly recommend them if you need to outsource some functions of your marketing team.

This company will not generate any sales or any other results for you. It’s unfortunately a complete waste of time and resources for your company. The company continues to demand to be paid for completing no work, but their executive team won’t respond directly to any of my written communications since their CRO informed me that they failed to execute since we were too small a client, suggesting that we increase our spend with them to $700k in order to see results.

We used the EBQ sales service for four months before terminating for lack of performance. ROI was poor as we paid $5000 per month for a green half time caller. Communication was poir as we werent able to collaborate or train virtual caller properly so pitch was never accurate. Recieved 1 to 2 decent leads on average per month. EBQ delivered 4 to 5 leads per month but most of those were unresponsive. Staff was professional and organized but the high cost per converted lead simply could not be justified. We subsequently invested in other areas and sales took off.
